I left with a skill I actually use

Kathmandu Carpentry and Furniture Course in Pokhara is hands-on from the first hour — very little sitting and listening. The trainer demonstrated each step, then watched us do it and corrected us properly. I finished with something I can put on a CV and, more importantly, actually do. The group was small enough that everyone got attention.

Practical, patient teaching

I had almost no background before Kathmandu Carpentry and Furniture Course in Pokhara, and I was worried I would hold the group back. I need not have been. The trainer went at a pace everyone could follow and stayed behind to help anyone who needed it. The workshop was properly equipped and the materials were clear. I would recommend it to anyone starting out.

Worth travelling for

I travelled to Pokhara specifically for Kathmandu Carpentry and Furniture Course and it was the right decision. The content is current — not the same slides you find everywhere — and the trainer answered every question with a real example from the trade. We left with notes, contacts and a clear idea of what to practise next. Good value for the time it takes.
