Weekend shifts supporting a neighbourhood bakery and community kitchen that produce bread and hot meals at scale.

Food hygiene and safe handling, dough preparation and shaping, batch baking and cooking, stock rotation and date labelling, and cleaning down to standard.

البرنامج

Each shift begins with a hygiene briefing, then preparation, production and service, finishing with a full clean-down. Volunteers rotate through every station.
