Weekend teams repairing and repainting communal spaces in Beirut neighbourhoods.

Safe use of hand tools, surface preparation and painting, basic carpentry repair, and working considerately in occupied buildings.

Each weekend covers one building or communal space. Teams assess, prepare, repair and finish, working alongside residents.

出发前须知

需要携带的物品
Clothes you do not mind getting dirty, closed shoes and a refillable water bottle.
安全要求
Work is in public places, in a group, under supervision. Heat precautions apply, and sharps are handled with gloves and collected separately.
Accessibility
Mountain terrain; the centre is accessible, the forest trails are steep.

我原本对志愿项目持怀疑态度，但 Bcharre 的 Beirut 社区维修志愿服务 不是拍照作秀。我们整天在做社区真正需要的事，而且优先事项由当地伙伴决定，不是我们。行前说明清楚交代了会做什么、不会做什么。正是这种对社区的尊重让它真正有效。
